New Accounts
To open a new account, the minimum opening order is $200. Terms are pro-forma or C.O.D. We accept all major credit cards. To open a Net 30 account please submit credit references. List the name, complete address, phone number and fax number for at least 4 references. Also include your store name, address, phone and fax numbers, email address, resale number and years in business.
Reorders
The minimum reorder amount is $200.
Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Santa Barbara, California, by UPS ground. Your order will usually be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of order. If your order is delayed, you will be notified.
Payment Terms
All invoices (established accounts) are payable within 30 days from shipment date. All past due balances are subject to a finance charge. Unauthorized deductions are not allowed without written authorization. We are not able to ship any orders or backorders unless past invoices are paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Any damages or losses must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Keep all of the original packing materials until all claims are settled. We will not accept any unauthorized returns. Orders refused without a cancel date indicated on the order or without a cancellation authorization prior to shipping, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Backorders
We make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally, there will be back orders which will be shipped automatically as soon as the merchandise is in stock, unless your order specifies to cancel any backorders.
Handcrafted Works of Art
Each of our items is individually handcrafted and will therefore vary slightly in color, shape and design. Please note the following characteristics of hand-crafted work: slight color and size variations, paint smudges, fingerprints, glaze dimples, etc. All items are food and dishwasher safe. We do not recommend putting our items in the microwave.
